BUY & REDEEM – Vera™ ALL WOMEN CONCERT AND SUNWAY LAGOON NIGHTS OF FRIGHT 12 TICKETS
This Buy & Redeem – Vera™ All Women Concert and Sunway Lagoon Nights of Fright 12 Tickets (“Campaign”) is organized by Vinda Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd (Registration No: 199401027546) (“Organiser”), will run from 1 October 2026 (12:00am) till 31 October 2026 (11:59pm) (“Campaign Period”). This campaign will consist of tickets to Vera™ All Women Concert and Sunway Lagoon Nights Of Fright 12 on first come first serve basis.
By participating in this Campaign, Eligible Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (subject to any variation or modification from time to time without prior notice). Organiser reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to disqualify any Eligible Participant or anyone from participating in the Campaign (for example, if the person had committed fraud or forged a transaction or retail purchase). All entries purchased/received outside the Campaign/Contest Period shall be automatically disqualified.

For the Buy & Redeem – Vera™ All Women Concert and Sunway Lagoon Nights of Fright 12 Tickets Campaign, each Eligible Person(s) (as defined below) will be entitled to redeem: a)Two (2) admission tickets to Vera™ All Women Concert, valid for 1 November 2026 only; and
b)Two (2) admission tickets to Sunway Lagoon Nights of Fright 12, valid for 1 November 2026 only,
with a total value of RM500. |

| 2. Eligibility |
Subject to these terms and conditions, this Buy & Redeem – Vera™ All Women Concert and Sunway Lagoon Nights of Fright 12 Tickets Campaign is open to all Malaysian citizens aged 18 and above at the time of entry with a valid identification document except for permanent or temporary employees of the Organiser and affiliated and/or related companies, their immediate family members (defined as parents, siblings, children or domestic partners, regardless of where they live), Organisers, suppliers, agencies, participating dealers and service providers [“Eligible Persons” and each, an “Eligible Person”]. The Organiser shall reserve the right to request for evidence of identification documents. |

| 4. Qualifying Spend: |
4.1“Buy & Redeem – Vera™ All Women Concert and Sunway Lagoon Nights of Fright 12 Tickets Campaign Qualifying Spend” means any eligible spendings on RM70 & above (“Minimum Purchase”) of any Vera™ products in a single original receipt (hereinafter referred to as “the said products”) from any instore outlets [“Receipt”] and/or invoice and/or order screenshot from any online platform [“Invoice”] during Campaign Period [within Malaysian Time (MYT)] will be entitled to redeem tickets to this Buy & Redeem – Vera™ All Women Concert and Sunway Lagoon Nights of Fright 12 Tickets Campaign.
a)Instore Outlets Receipt:
i.The Receipt can come in the form of printed receipts from point-of-sale systems and/or hand-written receipts for instore outlet purchases. The Receipt must bear the name and/or logo of the outlet at which the purchase was made. If this is not available, the Receipt needs to be stamped with the official company’s stamp of the outlet at which the purchase is made.
ii.The Receipt must also bear the date of purchase, Products purchased, Products purchase amount, Receipt number and name and/or logo of the outlet [“Receipt Details”]. Details of submission of contest receipts attached in appendix.
b)Online Merchants Invoice:
i.The Invoice can be in the form of a screenshot of invoice for online purchases from any online merchants. The Invoice must bear the name and/or logo of the online merchant at which the online purchase was made. For online purchases with promotion codes and/or rebates and/or discount vouchers and/or shipping vouchers and/or any other discounts, the final paid amount of the Products must be the Minimum Purchase amount and above to be qualified.
ii.The Invoice must also bear the date of purchase, Products purchased, purchase amount, invoice number, and name and/or logo of the online merchant [“Invoice Details”]. Details of submission of contest receipts attached in appendix.
4.2Participant required to participate via online website at https://veramalaysia.com/contest.
4.3Each Receipt and/or Invoice constitutes as one entry submission via Website throughout the Campaign Period stated.
4.4Kindly ensure that the details of the receipts are clear especially the name of the outlet/online platform by which the Vera™ products are purchased from, together with the receipt number, date, time and total amount of purchase. Each receipt constitutes as one entry, and Participants can have multiple entries (with different receipt) in the contest throughout the Campaign Period stated.
4.5Only original receipt with proper items description will be accepted. Duplicated and re-printed receipts will not be accepted. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any illegible, disfigured and modified receipts.
4.6Website entry participation steps:
a)Buy any Vera™ products worth of RM70 & above in a single receipt from any instore outlets and/or from any online platform.
b)Snap one [1] clear and legible picture/image in jpg or jpeg or png format [“Image”] of the Receipt and/or Invoice with the required details.
c)One (1) Image must contain a picture of one (1) Receipt and/or Invoice and the Image file size must be less than 2MB.
d)Complete all the required personal details including the contact number and email address [“Personal Details”] in the Entry Form provided on Website: https://veramalaysia.com/contest.
e)Upload the Receipt Image on the Entry Form and click ‘submit’ [“Website Entry”].
f)The Organiser will reply with an auto-reply acknowledgment message for each Entry received.
g)The Organiser will extract all Website Entries [“Entries”] received for further processing, verification and qualifying. All Entries that do not meet the requirements stated herein shall be disqualified by the Organiser without further notification to the Participants for such disqualified Entries.
h)The Organiser shall reserve the right to request for evidence of the original Receipt and/or Invoice [hardcopy] for verification and prize redemption. Failure to produce the original Receipt and/or Invoice upon request will result in disqualification and forfeiture.
4.7Submission of contest receipts must be made during the Campaign Period (ie. 1 October 2026 – 31 October 2026; submission receipt later than 31 October 2026 (11:59pm) will not be eligible to participate. Details of submission of contest receipts attached in appendix.
4.8The Qualifying Spend (including purchases made for the Buy & Redeem – Vera™ All Women Concert and Sunway Lagoon Nights of Fright 12 Tickets promotion) made during the Campaign Period shall qualify the Eligible Person(s) for the redemption of the Buy & Redeem – Vera™ All Women Concert and Sunway Lagoon Nights of Fright 12 Tickets, subject to the terms and conditions herein.
4.9Organiser shall not be responsible for any failure and/or delay in the transmission of evidence of sales transactions by any merchant(s) or any other party which is beyond Organiser’s reasonable control (ie. non-deliveries and /or interruptions of participating entry/ entries sent and/or received).
4.10Any charges from data usage such as mobile data or Wi-Fi shall be borne by the participants upon accessing to submit online participation entry from internet.
4.11Participants are permitted to participate in this Campaign via the use of any gadgets which is accessible to the internet. The Organiser and the companies involved in this Campaign shall not be held responsible for any unauthorized use of any gadgets accessible to internet or subscriber’s account in conjunction with the Campaign.

| 5. Entry Deadline |
All Entries must be received by the Organiser on or before 23:59:59 on 31 October 2026. All Entries received outside the Campaign Period will be automatically disqualified. |

| 6. Buy & Redeem – Vera™ All Women Concert and Sunway Lagoon Nights of Fright 12 Tickets |
6.1Subject to the Buy & Redeem – Vera™ All Women Concert and Sunway Lagoon Nights of Fright 12 Tickets Campaign mechanics set out below, eligible participants who fulfil the Qualifying Spend shall be entitled to redeem the following:
a)Two (2) admission tickets to the Vera™ All Women Concert, valid for 1 November 2026 only; and
b)Two (2) admission tickets to Sunway Lagoon Nights of Fright 12, valid for 1 November 2026 only,
collectively referred to as the “Redemption Entitlement” and individually as a “Redemption Entitlement”, where applicable. 6.2Shortlisting of Buy & Redeem – Vera™ All Women Concert and Sunway Lagoon Nights of Fright 12 Tickets
a)The Redemption Entitlements will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis, based on the date and time the qualifying receipt(s) are successfully submitted to the Organiser during the Campaign Period, subject to verification and availability of the Redemption Entitlements.
b)In the event the shortlisted Participant(s) –
i.is unable to be contacted via WhatsApp for any reason, including line engaged, line drop-off, application error, bounce-back or any other technical issue, the Organiser will make up to two (2) further attempts to contact the Eligible Person within the next forty-eight (48) hours from the first WhatsApp message; and/or
ii.fails to acknowledge or respond to the WhatsApp message from the Organiser via Vera™’s official WhatsApp number (+60168678862); and/or
iii.withdraws from the Campaign upon being contacted by the Organiser or its appointed representatives, the Eligible Person may be deemed ineligible to receive the Redemption Entitlement. In such circumstances, the Organiser reserves the right to offer the Redemption Entitlement to the next eligible person in line, at its sole discretion.
c)If an Eligible Person submits more than one qualifying receipt, each qualifying receipt will be assessed separately for eligibility and entitlement, subject to the availability of the Redemption Entitlements.
d)The Organiser shall not be responsible for any delay, failure, interruption or non-delivery of WhatsApp messages caused by network failure, telecommunications service providers, WhatsApp or any other technical issues beyond the Organiser’s reasonable control.
e)The Organiser shall not be responsible for any fraudulent messages, impersonation or communications from unauthorised parties relating to the Campaign. Official communication regarding the Redemption Entitlements will only be made via Vera™’s official WhatsApp number: +60168678862.
f)Each Eligible Person shall be entitled to redeem ONE (1) Redemption Entitlement for each qualifying receipt submitted during the Campaign Period.
g)An Eligible Person with multiple qualifying receipts may redeem multiple Redemption Entitlements, subject to the availability of the Redemption Entitlements.
6.3Upon successful verification of the qualifying receipt(s), Eligible Persons will be notified of their Redemption Entitlement via Vera™’s official WhatsApp number +60168678862 from the Organiser within two (2) weeks from the date of submission of the qualifying receipt(s).
6.4The QR code for the Redemption Entitlement will be sent to the Eligible Person’s email address provided during the Campaign registration. The Redemption Entitlement shall be redeemed on 1 November 2026 at Sunway Lagoon Surf Beach Entrance, Landing Three, between 5:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., by presenting the QR code at the designated redemption counter for verification and entry.
6.5Each QR code is valid for ONE (1) redemption only and shall not be reused, duplicated or reproduced for multiple redemptions. Once the QR code has been successfully scanned and redeemed, it shall be deemed fully utilised.
6.6If the Eligible Person is unable to attend personally, the Eligible Person may provide the QR code to an authorised representative to redeem the Redemption Entitlement on their behalf. The authorised representative must present the valid QR code at the designated redemption counter at Sunway Lagoon Surf Beach Entrance, Landing Three on 1 November between 5:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.. No additional authorisation letter or NRIC of the Eligible Person shall be required, subject to successful verification of the QR code.
6.7The Organiser shall not be responsible for any loss, misuse, duplication or unauthorised use of the QR code after it has been sent to the Eligible Person’s registered email address. The Eligible Person is responsible for keeping the QR code secure and shall not share it with more than one person.
6.8In the event that a QR code has already been redeemed, duplicated or is otherwise invalid, the Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or redemption of the Redemption Entitlement.
6.9The Buy & Redeem – Vera™ All Women Concert and Sunway Lagoon Nights of Fright 12 Tickets is non-transferable nor exchangeable for cash, credit or kind, whether in part or in full.
6.10The Organiser shall not be responsible on the expiry of the prize/gift. It is the onus of the winner/participant to utilise the entitlement/prize/gift by the expiry date.

1.Relating to Redemption Entitlements and Disclaimers
1.1The following additional terms and conditions shall apply to the Buy & Redeem – Vera™ All Women Concert and Sunway Lagoon Nights of Fright 12 Tickets (collectively referred to as the “Redemption Entitlements”):
a.The Redemption Entitlements are provided on an “as is” basis. The Redemption Entitlements are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other goods, whether in whole or in part.
b.Eligible Persons must be eighteen (18) years old and above at the time of participation in the Campaign.
c.The Redemption Entitlements comprise two (2) admission tickets to Vera™ All Women Concert and two (2) admission tickets to Sunway Lagoon Nights of Fright 12, both valid on 1 November 2026 only.
d.Attendees of the Vera™ All Women Concert and Sunway Lagoon Nights of Fright 12 must be thirteen (13) years old and above. Any attendee below eighteen (18) years old must be accompanied by the Eligible Person, who must be eighteen (18) years old and above.
e.As Vera™ All Women Concert is an all-female concert, Eligible Persons are encouraged to bring along another female companion. A designated area will be made available exclusively for female attendees at the concert, subject to the arrangements and requirements of the event organiser.
f.Eligible Persons must abide by all applicable laws and regulations currently in force, as well as the terms and conditions imposed by the party(ies) arranging and/or providing the Redemption Entitlements and any terms and conditions attached to the Redemption Entitlements, where applicable.
g.At any time prior to fulfilment of the Redemption Entitlement, if the Organiser discovers that an Eligible Person does not meet the eligibility requirements of the Campaign, the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify such Eligible Person from receiving the Redemption Entitlement.
h.Picture(s) of the Redemption Entitlement(s) shown in any advertisement, promotional, publicity or other materials relating to or in connection with this Campaign are for illustration purposes only.
i.The Organiser reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the Redemption Entitlement with another product, ticket or item of approximately equivalent value at any time without prior notice.
j.Each Eligible Person understands that the terms and conditions applicable to the Redemption Entitlement(s), where applicable, are determined by the supplier and/or relevant event organiser and are beyond the Organiser’s control. The Organiser shall not be responsible for investigating or resolving any dispute arising between an Eligible Person and the supplier and/or relevant event organiser in relation to such terms and conditions, and shall not be responsible for replacing, cancelling or otherwise compensating for any Redemption Entitlement as a result of such dispute.
2.Consent & Publicity
2.1By participating in this Campaign, each Eligible Person is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as amended or varied from time to time, and the decisions of the Organiser in respect of all matters relating to the Campaign.
2.2By submitting the required information and qualifying receipt(s) through the designated Campaign website, each Eligible Person is deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions and consented to the Organiser collecting and processing their personal information for the purposes of administering and fulfilling the Campaign.
2.3Eligible Persons consent to the Organiser disclosing their relevant particulars to third-party service providers and/or participating merchants engaged by the Organiser for the purposes of administering, verifying and fulfilling the Campaign. Such information shall be limited to information reasonably required for these purposes.
2.4The Organiser may use the name and/or other information of an Eligible Person for publicity purposes relating to the Campaign, subject to the Eligible Person’s consent and applicable laws. No fee or compensation shall be payable to the Eligible Person for such use.
3.Other Terms and Conditions
3.1The Organiser shall rely on the evidence of sale transaction and information received from the relevant merchant for the purposes of determining the Qualifying Spend. The Organiser’s determination in this regard shall be final and binding.
3.2The Organiser reserves the right to reject any receipt that is incomplete, invalid, illegible, duplicated, altered, fraudulent or otherwise does not meet the requirements of the Campaign.
3.3The Organiser shall not be liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling the Redemption Entitlements due to any act of God, war, riot, strike, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm, epidemic, pandemic, technical or system failure, or any other event beyond the reasonable control of the Organiser.
3.4The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, cancellation, postponement or change to the Vera™ All Women Concert and/or Sunway Lagoon Nights of Fright 12 arising from circumstances beyond the Organiser’s reasonable control and/or the acts or omissions of the relevant event organiser, venue, ticketing provider or other third party.
3.5Any term or provision of these Terms and Conditions which is illegal, prohibited or unenforceable under any applicable law or regulation shall be ineffective to the extent of such illegality, prohibition or unenforceability, without invalidating the remaining provisions.
3.6Each Eligible Person agrees to indemnify, release and hold harmless the Organiser, its holding, subsidiary and related companies, directors, officers, employees, agents, sponsors and/or representatives against any and all losses, claims, actions, injuries and damages arising from or incurred as a result of the Eligible Person’s participation in the Campaign and/or use of the Redemption Entitlements, except to the extent caused by the negligence or wilful misconduct of the Organiser.
3.7In administering this Campaign, the Organiser may collect personal information, including but not limited to the names and contact information of Eligible Persons. Any personal information collected by the Organiser will be managed in accordance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and the Organiser’s applicable privacy policy.
3.8By submitting personal information for the purposes of this Campaign, Eligible Persons consent to the Organiser and/or its authorised agents collecting, processing and using such information for the administration and fulfilment of the Campaign. Any use of personal information for marketing and promotional purposes shall be subject to the applicable consent requirements and privacy policy of the Organiser.
3.9Any names, trademarks or logos used and/or reproduced in any materials, including marketing and promotional materials, in connection with this Campaign are the property of their respective owners. Unless otherwise communicated, the relevant owners are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsors of this Campaign or the Organiser.
3.10The Organiser reserves the right to amend, delete or add to these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
3.11The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign shall be final and binding, and no correspondence or dispute in relation thereto shall be entertained.
